When going the online route, the applicant must visit the official Ministry of Road Transport and Highways website – https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan/. Once they are logged in, they can find the application forms and other forms for a learner’s licence. After filling in the forms correctly, the applicant must then scan, upload, and attach the documents listed on the forms for verification. Once the verification is complete, the applicant will have to make the application fee payment which can also be done online. After that, they must select a date and time to appear for the learner’s licence test at the RTO closet to them. On the day of the test, the applicant must arrive prepared and only when the test is cleared, will the RTO issue the licence.
